ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS The county is composed of six Constituencies, 15 administrative divisions namely: Ainamoi,Belgut, Kabianga, Bureti, Roret, Cheborge, Sigowet and Soin. Other Admibnistrative Divisions are: Kunyak, Chilchila, Kamasian, Kipkelion, Londiani, Sorget and Chepseon. These are further su-devided into 85 locations that are further sub-divided into 209 sub-locations. It covers an area of2,479 sq. km.

Duties and responsibilities
- monitoring education institutions, programmes and projects generating and compiling education data;
- Monitoring ICT integration in education;
- Promoting education standards, culture and environmental sustainability;
- Implementing education policies.
- Innervations in emerging issues;
- Coordinating implementation of curriculum;
- Coordinating the auditing of education financial resources;
- Planning and administering national examinations;
- Implementing capacity building programmes for education managers, committees and boards; and
- Guiding advising and appraising officers under their supervision.
Requirements for internship
- Be unemployed graduate from a recognized institution having graduated within the last three (3) years (2020,2021,2022);
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development Education;
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts in Education from a recognized institution;
OR
- Bachelors in arts or Science with Education from a recognized institution;
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science with Education from a recognized institution;
- Have no previous work experience related to the area of study;
- Certificate of good conduct.
