General Insurance Branch Manager Job in Eldoret, Kenya

Job Vacancy: Branch Manager – General Insurance Business

Required for Eldoret Branch by an Insurance Company.

Primary Responsibility: Provide leadership to ensure the production targets are achieved, as well as efficient utilization of all Branch assets and resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day administration of the branch
  • Secure new business, service existing business and follow up renewals in line with the monthly renewal target.
  • Identify, recruit train agents and independent intermediaries to support production
  • Supervise, coach, train staff and ensure they are effectively utilized,


  • University degree in Business related course and professional qualifications in insurance (COP or IIK/ACII), proficient in Ms Office Suite of Packages and 2 years’ experience in similar capacity at a busy insurance Company.
  • Team player, excellent communication, good interpersonal and analytical skills.
