ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS The county is composed of six Constituencies, 15 administrative divisions namely: Ainamoi,Belgut, Kabianga, Bureti, Roret, Cheborge, Sigowet and Soin. Other Admibnistrative Divisions are: Kunyak, Chilchila, Kamasian, Kipkelion, Londiani, Sorget and Chepseon. These are further su-devided into 85 locations that are further sub-divided into 209 sub-locations. It covers an area of2,479 sq. km.

Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring security of files and documents;
- renewing files covers; ensuring proper handling of documents, pending correspondence and bring-ups;
- receiving and dispatching letters and maintaining related registers; preparing disposal schedules and disposing dead files in accordance with relevant Government regulations.
Requirements for internship
- Be unemployed graduate from a recognized institution having graduated within the last three (3) years (2020,2021,2022);
- Must be in possession of a Bachelors degree in Information Science/Records Management or any of the social Sciences from a recognized institution;
- Have no previous work experience related to the area of study;
- Certificate of good conduct.
