Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of the Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
- Supervise teaching, learning and learner assessment.
- Mentor teachers and monitor learner progress.
- Coordinate parent engagement and learner welfare.
- Maintain academic records and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (ECDE, Primary Education or a related field).
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten and/or Lower School.
- Strong knowledge of CBE and competency-based assessment.
- Leadership or academic coordination experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
