Minimum Qualifications.
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of crop production and crop protection.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram inquiries and other platforms.
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
- Computer literacy, record keeping, and customer follow-up skills.
- Social media customer support.
