Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive

Job Purpose: To be In charge of  SQC-Statistical Quality Control System, 5S and Six-Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure total compliance to both FIFO & traceability system.
• Ensure correct documentation, Verification, and validation of batch production records that support Quality Assurance System.
• Evaluate and maintain all Product/Processes validation procedures and programs.
• Lead, direct and manage quality circle team constituted by Quality, Production, Supply Chain & Maintenance personnel to develop & implement effective internal CAPAs.
• Ensure product CCPs are effectively monitored and process deviations reported in good time for corrections /corrective actions purposes.
• Validation of Quality Systems-SQC,5S & Six-Sigma
• Monitor Efficiency by ensuring Product yields are attained and waste reduction is recorded.
• Ensure machine damages and online rejections (packaging) are tracked.
• Ensure documentation of all customer/market complaints and oversee the activities of the RCA teams during the investigation process until the CAPA is submitted.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene in production and the surroundings and also ensure that staffs comply to sanitation and hygiene practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor/Diploma in Food Science Technology or analytical sciences
• At least 3 years’ Experience in Biscuits Division (must have biscuit experience)
• Knowledge and experience on ISO 22000:2018 (Food Management Systems) & its Implementation.
• Outstanding Critical-Leadership and Problem-solving abilities.
