Job Description
The Nairobi Women’s Hospital is a hospital in Nairobi, Kenya. The hospital was founded in 2001 by Dr. Sam Thenya and is the first of its kind in the East and Central Africa region. Even if it specialised in Obstetrics and Gynecology services, the hospital is equipped and staffed to handle all general medical and surgical conditions
Summary:
Reporting to the Manager-Medical Services and Psychosocial support, this position is responsible for providing quality, timely psychosocial support to clients while ensuring adherence to highest standards of client care. In addition, this position will be support GVRC training programmes as well as contribute to the various programmes running in different capacities from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field. Experience working in programmes will be an added advantage.
- The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
