ICT Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain hospital management systems (HMIS), hardware, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Provide timely technical support to staff across departments.
- Manage data backups, system security, and user access controls.
- Support CCTV, telephony, and printing infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors on system upgrades and maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of ICT experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Hands-on experience in networking (LAN/WAN), Windows/Linux, and databases.
- CCNA or a similar certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
