JOB RESPONSIBILITIE

Identify and onboard strategic suppliers and 1. Bachelor's degree in Business brands.
Monitor supplier performance and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage sellers/brands and drive category growth.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Plan category assortments and coordinate promotional campaigns.
Monitor stock health and ensure supplier compliance with on boarding requirements.
Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years' experience in category support, supplier sourcing, e-commerce, retail, or business development.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis; experience with e-commerce seller platforms is an added advantage.
Knowledge of the Home & Kitchen category is an added advantage.
Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented.
