Our client is new in the automotive service center. They seek to hire an experienced and aggressive after sales manager who will be tasked with growing and supporting the company’s market share. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement aftersales strategies that contributes towards the achievement of the overall business target
  • Develop and implement Aftersales policies and procedure that provide guidelines for the implementation of the after sales strategy, to ensure full compliance with industry requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of Technicians and Parts Sales Representatives to ensure maximum productivity and increased parts sales for the.
  • Monitor parts stock status to recommend to the Procurement department for restocking when required
  • Recommend training for Aftersales Team and Dealers to boost After sales capability in the provision of quality services.
  • Have in-depth experience in handling Tyres, Oil Service, Brakes, Batteries, Suspension, Shocks, Coil Springs, Car Service
  • Respond to audit queries raised by both internal and external auditors and institute measures to ensure compliance in identified gaps.
  • Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
  • Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns
  • Liaise with other sales departmental heads to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance
  • Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
  • Conduct price and contract negotiations with clients to establish contract details and attain profit margin
  • Provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities
  • Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics or related from a reputable institution
  • Must have 4 years of relevant working experience in the Automotive industry, with 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Sound knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Excellent strategic planning and Presentation skills
  • A proven doer and problem solver
  • Experience and knowledge of modern business methods and financial controls
  • Must be proactive and focused to achieve sales quotas
  • Self – motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality
  • Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
