Senior B2B Sales Executive Job, Latest Sales & Marketing Jobs Kenya 2021, 

Our client a Renewable-Energy Space company is currently looking to hire a Senior B2B Sales Executive.


  • Listen and be able to understand customer needs.
  • Identify potential partnerships, quickly evaluate and prioritize opportunities.
  • Sell into MFIs, Credit Institutions, SACCOs, Distributors, Raw Material Manufacturers, Aggregators, Chama groups, Community-Based Organizations, Civil Service organizations.
  • Widely introduce the Company to prospective customers.
  • Understand the prospective Customer’s & Business’ pain points; thereby determining the right sales path to follow to win the business.
  • Drill down and match the Company’s offerings to customers’ needs, customize and reposition sales material.
  • Preparing sales budgets for the team in consultation with management.
  • Taking sales strategies, challenging Management in their review.
  • Actualize strategy into action plans and targets.
  • Provide ownership through leading implementation of sales plans.
  • Ensure achievement of set sales and payment collection targets.
  • Strong networks with potential business customers at the right decision level, being able
  • to quickly convert existing relationships to purchase a new product line.
  • Link implementation plans to realistic budget requirements, with focus on BTL approaches.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.


  • Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • Experience with the complete B2B life-cycle.
  • Core experience having sold into MFIs, credit institutions, SACCOs, distributors, raw material manufacturers, aggregators, chama groups, community-based organizations
  • Civil service organizations and other efficient groupings through which to reach consumers.
  • Demonstrate success with having introduced new products to existing customers and new customer.
  • Strategic thinker, able to tie in customer journey into identifying the right B2B partners.
  • Strong planner, able to take simply-stated strategy and draw out an actionable implementation plan.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Strong foundation in ERP and CRM software, having hands-on experience with specifying and using the same.
  • Efficient in demand planning.
