Saint Boss, also abbreviated as St. Boss is a digital agency company based in Nairobi, Kenya. The company’s core services include Social Media Management (SMM), website design & development (i.e. landing page, multi-paged websites and eCommerce websites), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), paid traffic and branding (logo development).
We are looking for a youthful Business Development Manager to join our team. You’ll be in charge of identifying potential clients (lead generation) and lead qualification.
Most of the leads will be mainly B2B. This is a unique, once in a life time opportunity to join a fast-moving and fast-growing company with full autonomy over your work. This candidate should be highly focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.
Personal drive & personal ambition is a huge deciding factor during the selection of the fit candidate.
The candidate will be subjected to a full month of training.
- Identify potential clients using a CRM system (Generate leads).
- Qualify leads the identified leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Technology or any related field.
- Digital marketing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
- Experience in using a CRM (Apollo would be advantageous)
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Work experience will be an added advantage.
- Team player.
