- We’re hiring a Customer Experience Agent for a high-end home and interiors business in Nairobi.
- We’re looking for someone who is polished, customer-focused and confident engaging clients across DMs, WhatsApp and calls . The role will also involve following up on enquiries, recommending suitable products and helping convert customer interest into sales.
