Sales & Lettings Associate
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell or let properties.
- Identify and follow up with prospective clients.
- Arrange property viewings and advise on market prices.
- Prepare property listings, agreements and reports.
- Market properties on social media and keep client and property records up to date.
- Support client vetting, negotiations and completion of sales and leases.
The ideal candidate has strong communication, sales, negotiation and customer service skills, is organised and self-motivated, and is comfortable using social media and CRM tools.
