Human Resource Management Officer Job, HR Jobs In Kenya 2021, 

Pursuant to the Constitution of Kenya 2010 (Article 185(2), 186(1) and 187(2) on distribution of functions between the National Government and County Government and the County Government Act No. 17 of 2012, the Narok County Public Service Board invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions in the Narok County Government.


SALARY SCALE: CPSB 10: Ksh. 31,270 X 1,300 – 32,570 X 1,380 – 33,950 X 1,390 – 35,340 X 1,460 –

36,800 X 1,470 – 38,270 X 1,470 – 39,740 X 1,520 – 41,260 p.m.


This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will entail: collecting and collating data on human resource management; processing documents on various human resource functions ncluding recruitment, placement, payroll, pension and other human resource functions; updating staff establishment; implementing human resource decisions within the existing rules, regulations and procedures; and updating and maintaining an up-to-date human resource information database as per set procedures and policies.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Sociology, Public/ Business Administration, or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution Plus a Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, Pensions or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
  • Certificate in computer application
