Job Description

Job Purpose
To provide secretarial and administrative services to TQM, Planning and Logistics, for the company and Subsidiaries department and ensure efficiency and smooth running of the office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare daily/monthly Planning, Logistics reports
- Prepare daily/monthly department performance reports
- Prepare daily/monthly Depot fill rate report
- Prepare daily/monthly Return reports
- Prepare daily/monthly Inventory holding/ageing report
- Daily pending report vii. Prepare vehicle maintenance data
- Help Kaizen department for data collection for analysis. Mostly for Six sigma projects
- Prepare budget vs actual for department
- Liaise with Subsidiaries for follow ups
- Coordinating running projects for the department.
- Schedule departmental meetings xiii. MIS generation and business intelligence
- TK cards – LPO generation, follow up with vendor for delivery, minimum stock keeping
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Statistics or any other related course
- 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing set up.
