RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver goods to customers accurately, safely, and within agreed timelines.
• Promote and sell company products to both prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders to ensure full satisfaction.
• Collect payments upon delivery and issue proper receipts where required.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Verify product quantities and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales, collection, and delivery targets.
• Gather and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor trends.
• Keep accurate logs of daily sales, deliveries, payments, and customer visits.
• Maintain the delivery bicycle in good, working order.

REQUIREMENTS

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in sales, delivery, merchandising, or field customer service.
• Must own and regularly use a functional bicycle for field operations.
• Familiarity with Ngara and surrounding local routes is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and reliable customer service.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to manage daily routes and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
