Job Description

TDM was born with the need of speaking more quietly & cutting out the small talk. We’re not galvanized by other people, external stimuli, and we’re more likely to disagree with an idea that we don’t believe in.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Weekly/Monthly WHT and WHVAT reconciliation in iTax
  • Recording payments received from clients
  • Documentation of supplier invoices
  • Coordinating internal purchase requisitions and managing petty cash
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation of company expenses across all forms of payment
  • Invoicing and financial reporting

Collections:

  • Bi-weekly correspondence with clients on outstanding invoices with the aim of reducing our collection period to 45 days. Includes weekly client visits\

Legal:

  • Coordinating with legal consultant to ensure all contracts are renewed on time and new contracts go out within 24-72 hours of receipt
  • Customization of existing contract templates for the specific need with the aim of halving the contract process

Operations:

  • Design and implement a system that ensures the company operates smoothly and has everything it needs to function efficiently and effectively
  • Business strategy and model research assistance
  • Creation and presentation of standard operating procedures in collaboration with different departments with the aim of getting ISO certified

Human Resource:

  • Screening candidates and reference interviews
  • Supporting the recruitment process with the aim of halving the lead time between job advertising and selection
  • Employee onboarding

Learning and Development:

  • Continuous learning with a target of completing 4 courses in a year relevant to expertise
