Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS The county is composed of six Constituencies, 15 administrative divisions namely: Ainamoi,Belgut, Kabianga, Bureti, Roret, Cheborge, Sigowet and Soin. Other Admibnistrative Divisions are: Kunyak, Chilchila, Kamasian, Kipkelion, Londiani, Sorget and Chepseon. These are further su-devided into 85 locations that are further sub-divided into 209 sub-locations. It covers an area of2,479 sq. km.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving, sorting, opening, filling, minuting and distribution of mail;
- Dispatching of mails; and guiding on files disposal.
Requirement for Internship
For internship to this grade, a candidate must have: –
- Be unemployed graduate from a recognized institution having graduated within the last three (3) years (2020,2021,2022);
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C plain from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) or equivalent from a recognized institution;
- A Diploma in records/Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
- Have no previous work experience related to the area of study;
- Certificate of good conduct.
