Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS The county is composed of six Constituencies, 15 administrative divisions namely: Ainamoi,Belgut, Kabianga, Bureti, Roret, Cheborge, Sigowet and Soin. Other Admibnistrative Divisions are: Kunyak, Chilchila, Kamasian, Kipkelion, Londiani, Sorget and Chepseon. These are further su-devided into 85 locations that are further sub-divided into 209 sub-locations. It covers an area of2,479 sq. km.

Duties and Responsibilities
Testing, stamping, sealing, adjusting and balancing of weights and verified Counter machines, spring balances and platform machines at traders premises, verification office and stamping stations Preparing and disseminating publicity material for trade fairs and exhibitions notices of gazette and advertised stamping stations to trades.
Requirements for internship
- Be unemployed graduate from a recognized institution having graduated within the last three (3) years (2020,2021,2022);
- A diploma in any of the following disciplines; -Instrumentation, computer Science, Information Communication Technology (ICT) Legal Metrology, Engineering(mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Certificate in communication application from a recognized institution
- Have no previous work experience related to the area of study;
- Certificate of good conduct.
