Section Coordinator (Kindergarten & Lower School)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of the Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
Supervise teaching, learning and learner assessment.
Mentor teachers and monitor learner progress.
Coordinate parent engagement and learner welfare.
Maintain academic records and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education (ECDE, Primary Education or a related field).
At least 5 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten and/or Lower School.
Strong knowledge of CBE and competency-based assessment.
Leadership or academic coordination experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
