Front Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries. Manage appointments and patient flow.
- Drive optical sales in line with hospital policies and targets.
- Provide information on services and hospital procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in a relevant field (Administration, Business, or Healthcare related).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a front office in a busy healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
