Key Responsibilities:

Maintain hospital management systems (HMIS), hardware, networks, and internet connectivity.
Provide timely technical support to staff across departments.
Manage data backups, system security, and user access controls.
Support CCTV, telephony, and printing infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors on system upgrades and maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of ICT experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Hands-on experience in networking (LAN/WAN), Windows/Linux, and databases.
CCNA or a similar certification will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
