Enterprise Applications Specialist, Africa
The Role
- Evaluate business requirements and system capabilities to determine high-impact solutions that align with strategic priorities.
- Guide cross-functional teams through backlog management, agile development cycles, and user acceptance testing to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Advise stakeholders on system enhancements, process improvements, and data strategies to optimize platform performance and user engagement.
- Oversee training, documentation, and change management efforts to sustain adoption and operational excellence across user groups.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and anticipate future needs by maintaining strong partnerships with business units and staying current with platform capabilities.
