Qualifications

  • Degree in Architectural engineering/Building technology;

Responsibilities

  • Preparing reports of all site meetings and site visits;
  •  Taking off/Preparation of Tender Documents (Bills of Quantities);
  • Preparing cost estimates;
  •  Preparing material schedules;
  • Evaluation of tenders;
  • Preparation of Interim Payments Certificates;
  • Valuing variations;
  • Preparation of Completion Certificates (Final Accounts);
  • General Contract Administration;
  •  Report to the Chief Executive Officer, Ward Development Fund;
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
