Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS The county is composed of six Constituencies, 15 administrative divisions namely: Ainamoi,Belgut, Kabianga, Bureti, Roret, Cheborge, Sigowet and Soin. Other Admibnistrative Divisions are: Kunyak, Chilchila, Kamasian, Kipkelion, Londiani, Sorget and Chepseon. These are further su-devided into 85 locations that are further sub-divided into 209 sub-locations. It covers an area of2,479 sq. km.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying and preparing simple reports on tourism products;
- Identifying Small and Medium Tourism Enterprises (SMTE’s) and community-based tourism projects;
- Inspecting and preparing reports on tourism facilities and service providers;
- Collecting data and information for development of tourism guide books and tourism statistics; and
- Identifying suitable locations for mounting tourism signs and symbols.
Requirements for internship
- Be unemployed graduate from a recognized institution having graduated within the last three (3) years (2020,2021,2022);
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Tourism, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Eco-Tourism, Tourism Management, Hotel and Institutional Management and Information Technology, Environmental Studies, Travel and Tour Operations Management, Travel and Tourism Management and Hotel and Hospitality Management;
- Have no previous work experience related to the area of study;
- Certificate of good conduct.
